TERMS OF SERVICE
Please read these terms carefully before using our coaching services. By purchasing any package, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Client Package Terms and Agreement
"During the duration of your contract, should you choose not to adhere to your plan, miss check-ins, or disappear without notice, any missed weeks will be deducted from your plan."
By purchasing a coaching package from Beyond Body, you enter into an agreement to participate actively in your fitness journey. This includes following your personalised plan, maintaining regular communication, and completing scheduled check-ins.
We understand that life happens, and we're here to support you through challenges. However, consistent engagement is essential for achieving your goals and getting the most value from your investment.
2. Plan Pausing Policy
Plan pausing is allowed only under exceptional circumstances and must be discussed with your coach in advance. Our coaching philosophy emphasizes building sustainable lifestyle habits that work even during challenging times.
Valid reasons for pausing may include:
- Serious illness or injury requiring medical attention
- Family emergencies
- Significant life events requiring temporary focus elsewhere
Simply being busy or losing motivation does not qualify for a pause. We encourage open communication so we can adapt your plan to fit your current situation rather than stopping entirely.
3. Refund Policy
"Once any part of your programme has been delivered to you, refunds will no longer be possible."
This includes but is not limited to:
- Personalised training plans
- Nutrition plans and meal guides
- Access to the Beyond Body app
- Any coaching consultation or check-in
We invest significant time and expertise in creating your personalised programme from the moment you sign up. Please ensure you're ready to commit before purchasing.
4. Check-In Requirements
Regular check-ins are a fundamental part of our coaching process. They allow us to track your progress, make necessary adjustments to your plan, and provide ongoing support.
If you consistently miss check-ins without communication:
- Programme updates will be withheld until check-in is completed
- Missed weeks cannot be recovered or added to your programme
- Your coach cannot effectively guide you without regular feedback
If you're struggling to complete check-ins, please communicate with your coach. We can often find solutions that work better for your schedule.
5. Returning Client Priority
As a valued member of the Beyond Body community, returning clients receive priority access to coaching spaces when they become available.
To secure your priority status:
- Notify us at least three days before your current programme expires
- Indicate your intention to continue or return in the future
- Maintain good standing throughout your current programme
6. Coach Responsibilities
Your coach commits to providing:
- Expert guidance tailored to your individual goals and circumstances
- Sustainable habit-building strategies, not quick fixes
- Honest, supportive communication throughout your journey
- Understanding of life's challenges and flexibility where appropriate
- Regular plan updates based on your progress and feedback
We believe in teaching you skills that last a lifetime, not creating dependency. Our goal is your long-term success and independence.
7. Photo Sharing Consent
By participating in our coaching programmes, you consent to the potential use of your before and after photos for marketing and testimonial purposes.
Our commitment to your privacy:
- Faces will be concealed or blurred unless you provide explicit written consent
- Identifying marks (tattoos, birthmarks, etc.) will be protected
- You may opt out of photo sharing at any time by notifying your coach
- Photos will only be used to showcase genuine transformations
8. Cancellation Policy
For scheduled coaching sessions and calls:
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit payment for that session
- Exceptions are made for genuine illness or family emergencies
- Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect your programme status
We understand emergencies happen. If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible so we can reschedule.
9. Four-Week Package Rule
For four-week packages specifically:
Any weeks not scheduled or utilized during your package period will be automatically deducted. Unused weeks do not roll over or accumulate.
This policy ensures you remain engaged and get maximum value from your investment. We encourage you to schedule all sessions at the beginning of your package period.
10. Programme Confidentiality
Your personalised programme materials are created exclusively for your use. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Sharing programme details via social media
- Taking and distributing screenshots of your plans
- Forwarding or copying materials to others
- Reselling or redistributing any programme content
Violation of programme confidentiality may result in immediate termination of your coaching agreement without refund.
11. Hold Harmless Agreement
By participating in Beyond Body coaching programmes, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are participating voluntarily and at your own risk
- You have consulted with a medical professional before beginning any fitness or nutrition programme
- You will notify your coach of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations
- Jeyda Beyond Body Ltd is not liable for any illness, injury, or adverse effects resulting from following the programme
- Results vary based on individual effort, consistency, and adherence to the programme
This hold harmless agreement protects Jeyda Beyond Body Ltd, its coaches, employees, and affiliates from any claims related to your participation in our programmes.
