No! Our programmes are highly adaptable and can be designed for home workouts, gym training, or a combination of both. We work with whatever equipment and space you have available, creating effective routines that fit your situation.
If you're on the Gold or Diamond packages, we recommend committing 3 hours per week to your training, as your sessions are designed around this structure for maximum results.
For Silver or Bronze packages, you choose how much time you dedicate each week. However, we still encourage aiming for a minimum of 3 hours weekly to see meaningful progress.
From a scientific standpoint, research shows that around 3 hours of structured resistance or functional training per week is enough to produce noticeable improvements in strength, muscle tone, and overall fitness even for beginners and intermediates. Increasing your weekly commitment to 5+ hours can help advance results, but it is not essential for significant change. Consistency matters far more than volume.

The first step is to book a consultation. Once your consultation is scheduled, you will be redirected to an entry questionnaire to complete beforehand. This helps us gather essential information in advance so we can use your consultation efficiently and focus on what really matters to you, your goals, lifestyle, challenges, and the best approach for your journey.
We also recommend taking a moment to review the available packages and pricing before your consultation. Coming in with a clear budget and an idea of what you're looking for allows us to guide you more strategically and help you choose the package that suits you best.

Yes, absolutely. Virtual training is suitable for beginners, not just advanced clients. In fact, many beginners find virtual sessions even more helpful because they build confidence knowing I'm right there in their ear, guiding every movement and coaching them through the session in real time.
Your programme is designed specifically for your level. For beginners, I create routines that take into account limited gym experience, unfamiliarity with equipment, and early-stage confidence. We start with movements and machines that are safe, simple, and easy to follow, gradually progressing as your skill and comfort grow.
Virtual training is not much different from having me physically in the gym with you – the coaching, cues, corrections, and structure are all the same.
And if you ever want extra reassurance, virtual clients are welcome to travel for an in-person session once per month as part of their package. This gives you hands-on support whenever you need it while still enjoying the flexibility of online coaching.
No. The larger packages are discounted because they are paid in full in advance. This upfront payment helps you commit to the full duration, and many clients find they achieve better results when they stay consistent over a longer period.
If you prefer monthly payments, the monthly packages are available for that reason. Many clients choose them because they receive their income monthly and find the structure easier to manage.
